This artisan cider is made from ethically sourced, local apples all from the South West coast of Scotland. The fruit is a combination of hand-picked and windfall apples which are then hand-pressed to extract as much of their tasty, sweet juice as possible. They don’t add any extra water or sugar to our product at any stage, they just let the juice and cider yeast work together to make a stunning product.
