Sublime Butter is inspired by and named after the Sublime Society of the Beefsteak, an 18th-century London club where lunch was accompanied by songs, speeches and lashings of port to add savour to meals. Sublime’s bearnaise butter complements grass fed steaks perfectly. Place a slice on top of the cooked steak or add to the pan or skillet as you cook. Also works well with free-range chicken.
