East Coast Cured Salami


These are small-batch production based on the Italian tradition of using the whole pig. The anatomy of each pig guides what they create, allowing them to make a range of traditional and contemporary products with unique flavours and textures at their workshop in Leith. Salamis, chorizo, pancetta, coppa, lomo, lonza & guanciale. We love it all!

Storage: Store in a cool place. Once opened consume within 2 weeks (9-month shelf-life for vac-packed products)
