This fresh, creamy cheese features a rind similar to brie on the outside, but with a distinctive fluffy, flaky-textured paste on the inside. Made from pasteurised cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet, Paddy’s Mile Stone is a buttery, mushroomy taste that pairs well with both red and white wines.
