This “orange wine” has aromas of dried peaches, walnuts, apricots, forest, and orange. Pinot Grigio has become synonymous with Venetian winemaking, due to the land’s proximity to the sea and cooler conditions. FIDORA has aimed to push a step further and age these grapes in terracotta amphorae on their own skin, where they will acquire body and complexity in addition to the beautiful floral notes we associate with Pinot Grigio from Veneto.
