Léon, previously “Florilège”, is the result of assembling plots of old vineyards from different terroirs used by the estate. The wine is aged on the lees in concrete vats and stainless steel tanks for 9 to 14 months. This vintage offers an ensemble that is crisp, complex, and rich. A generous, but balanced dry white that is the perfect accompaniment for a selection of cheeses, fish or sea food. Light and sinewy dry white wine 12.5% vol.
